Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return the item you recently ordered, you will have to send it back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the item, we will either give you a credit for the return on your next order or we can refund the amount on your card. Note that all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit or refund. Please call us before returning items. If you wish to exchange an item that you recently purchased, the same conditions apply. Once we receive the item, we will send you the item that you requested in exchange. Please call us before sending out the item you wish to exchange. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD (cash on delivery) so make sure you’re sending the item back free of charge. Please note that only new items can be returned or exchange.
Our product warranty covers manufacturing defects only. We do not cover broken products that broke by abuse, misuse, vandalism, etc. Depending on the product, the warranty may vary from 1 month to 2 years. It is your responsibility to ask what the warranty on the product you’re looking to buy.
